Plan Mode is your dedicated workspace for turning scattered tabs into structured progress.
Create Plans by telling Dex what you're working on, or build them manually. Add freeform notes
and use @ to pull in tabs as context. Launch a Plan to reopen all related tabs and
pick up right where you left off.
When you're ready to move, Dex reads your notes and attached context and turns it into clear, actionable next steps.
Chat Mode
Chat works the way you're used to: natural language, full access to your tabs and tools. Now it does more.
Run multiple workflows in parallel, monitor live activity and pending actions in one place, and launch saved workflows instantly from the shortcuts bar.
Control Panel
The vertical tabs and smart grouping you love now live in a lightweight overlay that sits on top of any page.
Keep all your tabs in a clean list, organized by Dex in one click. Find a tab, reorganize, clean things up, and close the panel to jump right back into what you were doing.
Automations
Set up recurring tasks that Dex runs on its own. No builders or flowcharts, just plain language.
Set a schedule (every Monday) or trigger conditions (like an email that goes unanswered for two days), tell Dex what to do, and it runs.
